Stories built to Spark Curiosity

We are the storytelling partner for institutions that respect their visitors’ intelligence. Our powerful AI engine is the core of our platform. It ingests your deep knowledge and transforms it into a personal, narrative-driven journey for every single visitor. We don’t just broadcast facts into the void; we create a conversation.

04 · How AI audio guides work

One statue. Six perspectives.

Swipe to see how our AI adapts the narrative of Michelangelo's David to match the visitor's specific profile.

Audio in English · Facts stay fixed. Tone, depth, and emphasis change.

05 · How a project runs

We do the work. You keep the last word.

Content, scripts, voice-overs, translations, technology and publishing, handled end to end. Nothing goes live until your team approves it.

  1. 01 Demo

Fifteen minutes. We show a guide built from pages of your own documents.

  2. 02 Materials

You send what exists: wall texts, catalogues, PDFs, floor plans, images. It does not need to be tidy.

  3. 03 Draft and review

AI drafts from your sources. Our editors read every stop. Your team approves before anything is published.

  4. 04 Launch and update

QR codes on site, the guide in the app. Temporary exhibitions get their own guide in days.

06

Every museum is different. Let's look at yours.

A 15-minute call with our team: real examples, honest answers, no slides.

07 · Why museums choose it

Four things change on the day it goes live.

01

Nothing to lend, charge, or clean

Visitors scan a QR code or open the app on their own phone. Guides download for offline use inside thick walls.

02

Every visitor hears their version

A family, a specialist, and someone with twenty minutes get different stories about the same object, inside the limits your curators set.

03

Thirty languages without re-recording

Add one, all update.

04

Analytics: You learn what visitors care about

Which stops are played, for how long, in which language, and what people ask. Aggregated, never personal.

Accessibility from day one

Screen-reader navigation, transcripts for every stop, high-contrast mode, and audio description of objects for visitors who cannot see them.

Let people step inside before they visit.

A 360° virtual tour of your rooms with the same audio stops: for planning a visit, for schools and visitors who cannot travel, and for keeping a temporary exhibition alive after it closes. This one is live: drag to look around.

Questions museum teams ask us

How long until visitors can use it?

A first version is usually ready within days of receiving your materials. Launch depends on how many stops and languages you want and on your review time. Most projects go live within weeks.

Our content is not organized. Is that a problem?

No. We work from whatever exists: catalogues, wall texts, old scripts, research notes. Structuring it is our job.

Who writes it?

AI drafts from your sources. Our editors review every stop for accuracy and tone. Your team approves. You can also provide a finished script for any object, and we use it as is.

Do visitors need to install anything?

They can scan a QR code and listen in the browser, or use the GuideSofia app on iOS and Android. Downloaded guides work offline.

What does it cost?

It depends on the number of spaces, stops, languages, and services. We do not publish a price list. After the demo you receive a written proposal within a few days.

What about our existing audio guide hardware?

Keep it as long as you like. GuideSofia runs alongside, and most institutions retire the devices once visitors move to their own phones.

Can visitors ask questions?

Yes. The app has a chat with the guide. Visitors ask about an object or the building and get an answer drawn from your approved content. The questions are aggregated in your analytics, so you learn what people wanted to know.
